MOREFLAVOR, INC. CO-FOUNDER LEADS SIEBEL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY BEER BREWING CLASS DURANGO, CO – July 26, 2006 – MoreFlavor, Inc. CIO heads to Durango, CO this week to teach a seminar on advanced beer brewing techniques at the Siebel Institute of Technology. The Siebel Institute, America’s oldest and most respected brewing school, has drawn on over 130 years of experience in training professional brewers to create the Advanced Homebrewing Program – held annually in Durango. “The content for this program was developed by scaling down the Siebel Institute’s professional educational content”, explains Chris Graham, MoreFlavor, Inc. CIO and Siebel Lecturer. “I try to distill my 15 years of homebrewing expertise into a fun and educational experience – and everyone has a blast”. The course is a mix of lectures and hands-on sessions and takes place over an entire week. Nearly every aspect of small-scale brewing is covered throughout the program, including ingredient selection and recipe formulation to brewing, fermentation and critical evaluation of the final brew. Students also have the opportunity to brew two different beers using advanced in-house brewing equipment and techniques learned throughout the program.
